These are the Terms of Service that we explained to you in detail, upfront, and also right after you paid, which you agreed to. Please read them again. We explained this to you more than once, in order to make sure that there were no misunderstandings and that you could rest assured that we are a legitimate company. We wanted you to fully understand our Terms of Service before proceeding. You agreed again and then proceeded.
Here again are the Terms that you agreed to:
1) Over the past 25 years, we have been successful in helping thousands of customers each year. Some customers receive approvals for the full amount they request. Some receive a partial amount. If the customer is approved for the full amount they request, then everybody is happy. If the customer receives approvals for a partial amount, then we provide a partial refund to the customer based on the amount they are actually approved for. Those amounts are explained in detail in the Terms of Service.
2) We supply the referrals to the customer, and it is the customer’s job to apply directly with them. We are not a broker or lender. The customer is not obligated to apply with any of the referrals, unless the customer desires a refund. If that is the case, then the customer must follow proper procedures as indicated in the Terms of Service. Since we are unable to verify whether or not the customer has actually followed instructions, applied with the referrals or received approvals or denials, the burden of proof rests entirely on the customer. Referrals may generally wish to obtain a “soft” credit pull which does not affect your credit score. If everything looks good, they may wish to do a “hard” pull before final approval which will affect your credit score by a few points. Those decisions are at the discretion of each referral and those referrals will ask for your permission before doing a soft or hard credit inquiry. The approval amount is based on approvals for any and all extensions of credit collectively from each referral.
3) If customer is unhappy or dissatisfied and desires a partial or full refund, customer needs to make sure that they have applied with each referral and kept documentation of all approvals and denials, and otherwise follow proper refund procedures as detailed in the Terms of Service. If you do not wish to follow our instructions and procedures, then please do not proceed.

As we disclosed, if you have not been approved for the full amount that you asked for and you would like to apply for a refund, either partial or full, then please follow the proper refund procedures as outlined in the Terms of Service, Section 16, in the Stipulations section, as you agreed. We will always honor the Agreement if the customer follows proper instructions and procedures.
